I think the fuel savings is negligible, but you get the ability to dump the sealed, non serviceable unit bearings and replace them with standard bearings that can be easily replaced. In addition you should see some improved front tire life. The average life of the sealed unit is 150,000 miles. We are all getting close to that little milestone...
