The frames are totally different, both in width, length and raises in front and rear. The T Case on the M37, while still a NP-200 is mounted in a different position. I doubt the clearance provision in a stock PW cab would match for the T Case. After you got the cab mounted, there would not be enough length in the frame for a stock PW Bed or maybe even a M37 Bed to look proper
With that said, with Fab skill and the proper tools anything can be done......but Why ?
