Tim,
The issue started in a post by Davyeee about exchanging tools at Sears and how the policy has changed. Someone else brought up going past the clerk and standing up for the agreement that was store policy when the tool was purchased.
I replied to those issues and went further to give another example of how people just give in and let the store abuse people.
