It makes Dodges and Dodge parts cheaper to buy frm the US here in Europe, Norm. Company profits are all over the place as I do oil stuff and all the contracts are in Dollars.

Next little while the oil price basis is going to change - it'll be based on a basket of currencies most likely, probably including the US$, Euro, and Yen. That should be fairer all round, but it will inevitably lead to yet another increase in the US - most of our European fuel price is tax anyway, so local goveernments keep screwing it up and telling us it's for our own good (sound familiar?)

Not a problem here, as like I said we drive fuel efficient cars during the week and play with the toys at the weekend. The only military vehicles that get daily use here are j!"ps which aren't too bad on the pocket. Using Dodges as daily transport here stoped 30 years ago entirely due to fuel price issues.

I'll go back to work now and make some ££££ for Dodge spares. 8~)
