Hey, I've been watching those, still waiting for them to get ripe, so don't pick them yet! There are also an amazing number of CCKWs and the like on remote ranches in Nevada. Some even next to the highway in a yard with a good FFPW plow truck, and a dozen other pre-1960 hard-working trucks. There may well be just as many old trucks along the back roads in Western Washington and Oregon, but they're sunk to their axles into the ground and completely overgrown with blackberries. If you want to see some old rigs on the wet side of the mountains near Ft. Lewis (my grandpa called it "swamp Lewis" based on his WWI experience there), check out Dean Malin a bit north of Roy, across the road from the base, and Jerry Hyman and Brad Milne just east of the Roy "Y". Don't know if they're still in business, but they both used to have a lot of good surplus. Brad Milne was setting up a railroad loop around his place the last time I was there just so he could run his Shay and pull a couple antique coaches around on some track.
