NV4500HD trans will bolt up to a 205 transfer case with a 29 splined coupler offered with the diesel. The gas NV4500 uses a 23 spline coupler. this put the transfer case is exactly the same position as the original 200 and eliminates the troublesome intermediate shaft The 6BT 5.9 Cummins will fit into the FFPW: the firewall needs to be recessed 5 inches, the radiator stays in the same position and the stock clutch fan fits, uses 1994 radiator hoses. I used a donor 1994 Ram 2500 since you also can use the swing pedal assembly, hydraulic clutch, a hydrovac power brake booster. Mine uses a 1977 W200 power steering box mount up front like the 1977.
