Randy, did you get the name and where your hoist was made yet? Mine's identical to the one in your picture and it's made in Canada by Hydra-lift Industries, Toronto,Canada. I know it's about 20 yrs old and is 220v single phase. I bought it from Fort Ignition Ltd. where I used to work when they were bought out by NAPA in '95
