I can see very little wrong with that. I've never seen the hatch inside the tailgate before, that will have been added.

Several of the gauges are 'wrong' and would cost a hunderd $ or so to fix, no big deal at all.

I don't see any sign it had the blackout headlight add-on, and it does have the original pioneer rack (note the centre bar is straight and not angled)

If I had to take a stab at it, and based purely on the Euro gauges and the completely untouched nature of it - not even much additional paint, I'd guess it was surplussed right at the end of the war to a local army, probably the Swiss Army, where it sat in reserve stock for years and years and did nothing. Even with the changed speedo it won't be high mileage and may well have all the original engine, transmission, and radio kit.

At $20k it looks expensive, but that is only £10k round here and it is certainly worth that.
