There is no such thing as a corporate tax, a windfall tax, or a business tax.
Taxes are ALWAYS passed down to the consumer.
Oil companies make about 8-10% profit, less than many industries, the gross numbers are simply huge. Asking to "tax the rich" is asking for your own taxes and prices to be raised.
