That's why I don't believe the people who say all we have to do is drill ANWR and then we'll have cheap oil again. You Albertans are sitting on a sea of oil and you're paying more for gas than we are. Maybe part of it's your more soci*listic government, but the main reason is that oil is a global commodity. Gold isn't any cheaper just because you live next to a gold mine, and oil isn't any cheaper just because you're near an oil well.
