Hi John, this isnt all the information you'll need, but heres the generic BUDD rim information (i'm not sure if this will be the same on the Dually Rims or not)
The bolt pattern is 5 on 6-7/8” diameter circle (Published specification)
The center hub opening is 4-5/16”
The bolt hole is 1.25” diameter
The bolt/lug hole is counter sink on both sides
The outer size of the counter sink is 1.5” in diameter
