1942 Civilian 4X4 Dodge 1/2 Ton

I need to know if anyone knows or knows were I can get any info on this 1942 Dodge Civilian 1/2 Ton 4X4 ? The title is a 1954 Oregon Title ( I'm the third owner) I know it was Grey & Black & had chrome on the grill (the holes & metal clips are all that remain)I also know that Dodge quit making Civilian's on March 4th 1942 but I can find nothing on this truck. I posted photos on Dodge talk & will put the URL below for them. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
