The experience I have gained working on my Power Wagon has enabled me to recognize the same error whenever I make it again.
If I could only learn NOT to pile more crappy welds on top of other crappy welds, I would die a happy man.
But I have learned that a coat of paint makes it look like I painted right over the pigeon droppings.
"A little Bondo and a little paint makes the welder look like what he ain't".
