Take out #1 plug, and cap it's hole with your finger. Crank until the compression blows your finger off the hole. You'll need a helper to use a hand crank or a light touch, or maybe you can use your left finger on the hole, and your right hand to pull on the starter lever. Just bump it a little at a time.
