OT but dodge

I was walking in front of my 03 Ram today and noticed that the drivers side fog light lense was smashed. I looked at the passenger side and that lense is heavily cracked. These are sunken way into the front bumper, and I havent hit anything lately. Other than a kid popping them I cant figure it out. Its real rural here so I doubt its vandalism. Any thoughts?
