The kids, 18- low 20's, who really DO LOOK the part, cant afford the vehicels or proper gear.
Its the old geezers like myself that are hitting the upper end of looking OKthat CAN afford the trucks, the gear and the equipment
I am sure its acros the board everywhere. Lots of try and encourage younger guys, but there is only so much you can do (i.e. give away, pay for, let them use, etc)
