I have 2 thoughts: It seems that the design of the lever needs to be attached before you put the wrench in it's location. This will be a two step process, put it in and realize you can't reach it or need more leverage then you take it out and attach the lever. Whereas, the two wrench method allows the mechanic to add the second wrench with the first one in place (sometimes)
Secondly, the ability to have a planar change in the wrench would be a nice feature. This basically extends the wrench straight out. This is not always possibly, and if it is one could then possibly switch to a breaker bar and socket.
I like the design and simplicity of it.
