Another note on PayPal. I don't keep funds in my PayPal account. As soon as I receive a payment for something I sold on Ebay I transfer the money to my bank account. I don't put any funds unto the PayPal account until I have bought something on Ebay. You have 7 days to pay for it and it takes 3 to 5 days to transfer funds from my bank to my PayPal account. It has worked very well for me.
