I've had this truck kicking around the yard for awhile. The 218 that's in it leaks coolant out of a welded crack in the block. It was a command car but the back's been chopped. I set the 3/4 tonbed on there and thought it looked pretty good. I need to make up 9 inches to fit the I8 and according to the tape measure and eyeball, I can get it without too many drastic modifications. The bellhousing on the I8 is exactly the same as the 1/2 ton WC. I'm just goofing around with the scrap pile again....
It would be really neat to fit in a 1/2 ton ambulance. Make a cool campmobile out of it. But those seem to be pretty hard to come by lately.
