There ought to be three threaded holes in the drum. Screw the three holes into those holes, they will act as a puller.

Then if additional persuasion is needed, whack the outer 'corner' of the drum inwards. Thre drum will pivot about it's center, and come offwards opposite of where it was whacked.

Still more offness needed, try heating the drum in the area of the screw holes. And whacking too.

All these hints work welll if the drum is stuck to the hub. Sometimes there is a lip of rust on the innnerest edge of the drum, or the cyls are seized , holding the shoes against the drum...
