They look right to me. I haven't tried to install them because my M37's snowed in on the other side of the mountain for the winter. I could try one on the M43 to see if it fits. They look exactly like the ones on the M43, that the guy got from VPW, except for a different logo. They're made in Brazil. As far as strength of construction, I'd say they're medium. They're made out of fairly thick metal, but some of it's cast and they're not the beefiest ones I've ever seen. They're not the flimsiest either. For $70 and free shipping, I'm happy.
