I notice that the domain vintagepowerwagons.com is registered to Dave Butler (as expected) but the domain "vintagepowerwagonrally.com" is registered to Maggie Harrison of maggiesworld.com, apparently a web designer. Note also this is mentioned at the bottom of the rally page. My guess is that they hired Maggie to spruce up the web site and it got slightly screwed up in the process. Hopefully they're not planning to get out of the parts business and only do rallies!!
