After replacing all of my diferential brgs. and setting the pinion preload, I slathered the beautiful new seal with permatex and drove it home then noticed the outer pinion brg washer still on the bench!! After removing the old one with a air chisel and torch I had a real sinking feeling that my new seal was doomed. But I rigged up a hammer puller real fast and poped it right out the gasket sealer probably saved me.
