We had a good stretch of below zero weather in November, but as of late it hasn't been too bad, 10s and 20s, with days above freezing here and there. The worst part of the whole deal is we have little to no snow. I figure if it is going to be cold, it may as well snow.
You are right, down here really is the banana belt in ND. Fargo is way colder, and Bottineau was amazing, not only did it get really cold, it didn't ever warm up. Snow that fell in November melted in April. Down here in the tropics, we sure cold use some snow.
