I used it about 6-7 years ago. No problems, but I can't see the inside of the tank right now. I didn't rely on it to fix leaks though, just to seal rust. Used sharp crushed trap rock, nuts, bolts and a good work out holding over my head and shaking it. Probably any sealer is good, key is getting it clean first. Eastwood comes with 3 parts I think, metal wash (whatever that is, muratic acid maybe?), and something else before the sealer.
