Hey Dave, i hope i didnt come off sounding Crass in my response; that wasnt the intention.
I was just trying to say that tough parts arnt normally engineered to fail, unless they're sacrifical parts.
Rebuilding old warn/damaged parts is what keeps this hobby alive, replacing damaged components with modern/stronger parts is what keeps these vehicles going.
