chris, get a 3500 dually. i have a 96 w/cummins and the most i pull is 16ft double axle w/5000lbs of 1/2 ton loaded and love it. i have been in some situations (not on pupose) that a SRW would have not handled. once you experiance towing with a dually you will not go back.find a lo mile 2003 or 2004 and thank me later..HAHA. BB
