If you can find an early M37 NP420 case it will bolt right up to the non-synchro bell housing in your ffPW. I have on all set up for my 51 ffPW. You will need a different center floor and passenger side floor. A different PTO will be needed and the bracket that holds the transfer case shift levers will need to be found. Also the e brake lever will need to be replaced as the bottom plate with the teeth on it are different. You can not easily redrill it to match the new mounting bolt spacing as it is hardened steel.
