Flat fender master cylinder mounted on fire wall

Truck has sat too long and the master cylinder is leaking. Long story short. After several years of sitting in the barn have resurected my '56 PW from electronic distributer conversion (modified slant six electronic conversion back in the "70s)back to the old points. The cab I installed back then was built as a service cab and came with the master cylinder on the fire wall and doesn't use a brake booster--peddles hang under the dash. Back then set her up using that master cylinder. I've replaced it once before and believe that I asked the parts guy for a master cylinder for a standard 1 ton dodge pickup circa 1970.
Does anyone out there know what I should ask for so that I get the right one?
