The tranny in this truck has a very loose shift tower and subsequent gear damage. We are trying to get everything together for the swap - we do have most of the parts lying around. I guess you gather some parts with as many trucks as we have had over the years.

Anyways, if we run into any big issues, we will just repair the original tranny.
