Joel;
Per the P Sheets, your top coat window has expired. The P Sheet instructs after 3 days, you must scuff and recoat with MP-170.

Now the clock is started at zero. The P Sheet shows air dry time at 70 degrees to be 30 minutes. I always let it sit overnight and coat in the morning.
