No,the vehicle has to be between 20 and 24 years old,less than 1000 produced as verified by the manufacturer,OR a make no longer produced as verified by the manufacturer AND is identifiable by a VIN number which shows that the vehicle was a limited or special type.Also as verified by the Manufacturer.
