Early to mid 60's Dodge truck bellhousings were universal in nature. It should have all the bolt and dowel holes for either the 318,s/6,L-6.Usually there are also (2) set of transmission bolt holes which are for the 4 spd truck type or 3 spd column type tranny.I believe the M-37 uses a 420 or simular tranny,so find a 420 out of a Dodge truck because the bellhousing will be 1 in. longer than the L-6 original bellhousing, meaning the original tranny pilot shaft will be too short, unless the longer 420 pilot shaft will swap w/the M-37 tranny.also you will need the old style starter that went to that V-8 bellhousing.I don't know about the late 60's to early 70's bellhousing, maybe they will work as well? Good luck.
