The engine will bolt right in where the 318 came out. The main problem will be the 360 is balanced differently than the 318. you'll need to get a torque converter for the 360. If I remember correctly, the 318 is internally balanced and the 360 is externally balanced. It may be the opposite in which case I'm sure someone will correct me. :-)
