I don't recall the manual number offhand, but it covers gin poles (army speak - "A Frames") for the M38 Jeep, the M37 and 2.5 & 5 ton trucks. The M37 info will suffice for the PW.
It does not give lifting capacity, but shows clearly how to assemble and set up the military A fram kits. You can take it from there and build your own.
