Having had a good deal of experience with swapping 350TPI engines and the 700R4 - I would suggest instead of using the 700R4 that you obtain a 4L-80E or the 4L-60E.
The money that you will drop into beefing up the 700R4 will cost more than the 4L80E which can has a rated capacity of more than twice the 700R4 in stock configuration.
