Well its almost 6 am, I'm just finishing up the process of copying the last forum , and beginning Forum 26.
Looking outside and its light out, but not sunny. We've been getting a lot of rain lately, the water on the lake where I live, is just about to the top of the docks, about 6" above normal for this time of year. Sunshine would be nice.
I'm looking at the Power Wagon on the top of the Forum page, wondering how we get drawn to these trucks. Is it the shape, the rugged looks, or was it something in our past, maybe some event as a kid that made us think "that's a great truck".
And can you remember your first ride in a Power Wagon, the sounds, the aroma, the looks that you get as you pass by people? Something about the smell of my truck, whenever I get a whiff of old gear oil, it reminds me of the Power Wagon, much the same way the smell of perfume will remind you of past girlfriends.
These are magnificent trucks!
Well enough pondering, time to jump in the shower, and head off to work.
