That is a hard part to find. Some W300 owners have made up new drag links using medium duty truck tie-rod ends, and an adjusting sleeve such as you see on some truck draglinks.

Another trick, if you find commonly available, large-truck tie-rod ends that have a tapered stud somewhat larger than the holes you have is to have a machine shop grind you a tapered reamer to enlarge the existing holes to fit your newly acquired ends. One day pretty soon, all of us with W300's will be doing that sort of thing.

If you use other-brand, large truck steering parts, be certain to choose something that fits a truck model having a big population, so you can count on availability well into the future.
