The types of additions/changes that you are talking about (winch with split bumpers, PTO) were available options. You can option your original truck any way you want and it is still just as original. You can even add vintage correct spotlights, turn signals, etc. Just don't put on stuff that was not available at that time and it will retain every bit of it value as an antique vehicle and be more user friendly.
