Are you storing for any particular reason? They love to be driven! If you are going to park it for only a few months, change the oil to synthetic, change the trany and diff oils, and fill the gas tank to full. Add some gas treatment to it. Put the truck on jack stands and disconnect the battery. If you're parking it any longer, do the above but drain the gas tank first. A lube sprayed on the hinges, catches, and the springs will help some. Don't forget to vermon proof it! A cloth cover would be a good investment. Oh yeah, drain the coolant out of it and flush it clean. If it'll be parked for more then 6 months, completely fill the engine with oil to keep the seals wet. Don't forget to drain it back to normal before starting it!
