Cheap to purchase, cheap to maintain, extremely safe (your wraped in a ton of steel), parts are available at just about any junkyard, And you dont have to worry about anyone stealing it. Well maby in S. Texas you do, but just rewire the ignition with all the same color wires.
Sure the fuel economy is'nt great, but when you look at how much money you are going to spend on it over a 5 year period it would be way less than a new plastc coffin they want to call a economy car.
Heck, take the trunk lid off and you have a frugal mans Avalanche!
