About 20 years ago I bought a gallon of water based industrial enamel from Napa Auto. Got a good price on it. I wonder if it was environmentally safe. (EPA approved) It was very durable paint. Maybe they will come up with a paint that can be sprayed and not cause harm. Anyway if you can't legally buy the paint then the sprayer becomes a moot point. It wouldn't surprise me if they get around to banning all vehicles without smog equipment. Maybe the day when we can't drive are old trucks is not far off. I hope not.
