It looks like he hit black ice on that bridge, then jackknifed and the trailer pushed him over the railing, since the concrete railing is intact, he must have "bounced" over it, and slammed down right at the point between the cab and the bed, image that front end is heavy...luckily the trailer was heavy too!
That's why I don't like a 3/4 ton for a Cummins, frame is too small....
I was looking at a 4500 Iveco dump chassis yesterday, my frame is bigger....= )
