that truck is a cab&chassis.
If you look at the back picture better you will notice that the rearend is way narrower. If it was a pickup the tires should be about flush with the outside of the fenders, not inset as much as they are.
Pickups have wider rearend then cab&chassis trucks.
Also a CC truck has a 3-4 inch longer wheelbase, if you look at the side pic better you will notice the 3-4 inches between the cab and bed. a pickup should only be about a 1-1/2 iches.
