The fuel cut-off is manual, at the sediment bowl on the opposit side of the tractor from the pump, injectors and plugs. I have not put a volt-ohmeter on the plugs yet, but did connect a simple wire lead directly to the plugs. The lines from the pump to the injectors are hard lines, not easy to pull to see if it is pumping fuel.
