That their might be a tool box in the upper rear fender? Their appear to be two vertical lines, and that might be a handle. When I zoom in on the area, it appears to be "edited".
I'm not thrilled with the front. The rest of the truck is OK, but the grill needs to be fixed and those lights leave a bit to desire.
I can't wait to see the inside, see it it's full or cheap plastic like the rest.
