Correct Jacks for Dodge trucks

Does anyone out there have pics or part #'s for WDX style Power Wagons or 1941 military 1/2 ton 4x4. I heard the manufacturer was Auto Specialties but in searching I've found no solid proof or pics. Anyone have a resource they could share? Thanks for any help. Kevin
