I rode a 125 Hodaka, it was one fast bike, too fast for a 12 yr old kid's first bike so I got a 185 Suzuki. I had a beat SP 400 Suzuki for years, just picked up a 1986 DR 500, it seems heavy and really tracks in ruts bad, but that might be operator error. My dad has a 2007 Honda XR650, whatever the big dual sport bike is called, really nice to ride. I also had a YZ 125, but never raced it, just rode it and worked on it, not in that order. Judging by the ride/work ratio, that bike thought it was a snow mobile.
