You can replace that lost lubricity, caused by the ULSD compatible oils, by using a Quart of Marvel Mystery Oil.
Some report improved fuel economy of 2-3 MPG, when using MMO in both the fuel and the oil.
It says right on the label "not for use for 2007 and later diesel engines" That is because it has the ingredients that were removed from the ULSD and makes it perfect for 2006 and older engines.
It will also improve the 2007 and newer diesel performance, but could harm the converter, so it's not recommended.
