Paralleled lead acid batteries will charge evenly even if they're different types or in a different state of charge. Lead acid batteries respond particularly well to a "constant voltage" charge, more so than most other rechargeables. I keep half a dozen assorted 12 volt batteries paralleled and connected to a small 13.8 volt constant voltage charger during the winter. 13.8 volts will keep a 12 volt battery pretty close to fully charge, though it'll take a while to charge up at that voltage compared to if you put around 14.5 on it. 13.8 is about the max you can leave on it forever without overcharging. Most battery chargers are a crude approximation of constant voltage (just a small transformer and a rectifier). It will be perfectly safe and good to charge them both at the same time.
